iHeartRadio

I dropped Apple Music awhile back. I'm not sure why, but frankly iHeartRadio has more than filled the need when I want to listen to music.

I mainly keep it to pop hits and R&Br.

My favorite thing to listen to on the app is the American Top 40 Countdown hosted by Ryan Seacrest. It helps ensure I'm up with the times on all the popular music instead of only listening to the songs I know I like.

The other show I really like listening to is The Sweat Hotel hosted by Keith Sweat.

Both shows play on a loop on live stations that are only available on the app.

And instead of turning on CNBC when I want to see what's going on with the stock market, I can play a Bloomberg radio station and it will provide updates, but also news stories that have more depth than a typical CNBC show.

If you are looking to get rid of your current music app subscriptions, iHeartRadio serves as a more than capable replacement.

In addition to all the live stations they have, there are also specialty app-only stations, like the two I mentioned, podcasts, and artist-specific stations.

I highly recommend it!
