This is my undisputed best Reccoh for best po-boy in New Orleans!

When you go, I recommend going with an Oyster loaf, and if Oysters aren't available, Shrimp is an excellent fallback option.

The sandwich is made with Lidenheimer french bread. It's crunchy and soft. I know that's a contradiction, but it's one that truly satisfying better than any other french bread I've ever had.

In between slices of Lidenheimer are friend oysters, mayo, a special sauce with just the right amount of kick and flavor, along with pickles and lettuce.

If you want the best po-boy in New Orleans this is the place to go!
